Description
Ticket Box is an online ticket selling website aimed at providing several different types of tickets to our customers, such as tickets of movie, sports, concerts and other events. The goal is to build a modern, multifunctional, and convenient website. The website provides logical content and responsive interface on multi-platform.
Target Audience
People aged 18-35 who like to go to events and need to find different kinds of tickets.
They like to participate in events, for example, attending concerts, watch movies and also go to sports competitions.
Competition
The main competitor is Ticketmaster. Also, other ticket selling website, such as Cineplex, Ticket Tonight, among others.
Design Problem
Most of ticket selling websites are very messy and display a disorganized layout. Customers report having bad user experiences when they shop online. Nowadays people have formed a habit of shopping online. Therefore, a user-friendly website has become very important for any service provider. Information should be delivered in an organized and logical manner.
Design Solution
Ticket Box has a simple and clean website layout, along with a friendly UI design with straightforward information. All events have been categorized in sections. Any upcoming or popular events are also shown on the first page as recommendations for customers. Payment process pages are clear and easy to follow. Furthermore, Ticket Box is a responsive website, it is screen and mobile friendly and its app is available for download as well.
