Personal landscape. "The Interior Inspired by the Natural Landscape" is a study about the connection of man with architecture and the natural landscape written under the supervision of Professor Tadeusz Pietrzkiewicz in the Third Interior Design Workshop at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. The subject of my research is the transposition of the Orłowski cliff landscape into architectural language. It is an attempt to embed interior architecture within the philosophical post-humanist movement that stands in opposition to "Macdonaldisation" and anthropocentrism. It evaluates the relationship of the architectural form with the instinctive experience of space. Based on the analysis, I suggest understanding the landscape as a home.
In the architecture I design, there are forms directly related to the language of the natural environment that it transposes. When searching for a design method, I've tried to give individual parts of the building the features that imply the experience of individual landscape zones that I managed to distinguish. It is an architecture devoid of the context of the place, because its formality is designed to tell the story of the transposed landscape and its relationship with man. This building is a story about my dream, in which everything that surrounds me reminds me of the minimal participation in the world of which I am a part. The main method of the study is observation of phenomena and forms located within the scenery of the place. With the help of sets of photographs of nature and interior, which it proposes, it points to the aesthetic relationships of the project with the human body and nature.

the work was shown during the biggest summer design festival Gdynia Design Days 2018 (in northern Poland)
and during the Warsaw Home 2018 trade fairs (which is the largest interior design fair in Central and Eastern Europe)
