Jerry Schultz, A 40+ year veteran mechanic of the Washington, D.C., bicycle industry, has worked in about every shop in the area. Jerry is always ready to help solve problems with old bikes, and has forgotten more more about bikes than most know. He currently works at BicycleSPACE in downtown D.C. and can be found either working on restoring a classic Raleigh bicycle, building a new wheel for one of the many D.C. bicyclist, or taking a smoke break outside the shop in his signature Ray-Bans.
Jerry Schultz enjoys his morning ritual of coffee, cigarettes, and sunrises with a friend in front of the local grocery store and swap stories of their younger days, one tells of his days in Vietnam the other stories of sailing on Lake Michigan with his family.
