The investor approached with the idea of turn a small piece of land into a residential building. The idea was to create a building of the modern look and the settled character in order to fit into the existing environment. Developing the design has brought the project to these stages - 12 apartments, 15 parking spaces, maximum utilized space by 40% (according to the valid regulations of the Republic of Serbia)
