This series of magazine ads was created for Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. These ads were redesigned based on a direct mail piece that was created a few months earlier. Like the direct mail piece, we wanted the imagery to show real patients and doctors, so I was challenged to use the CMH image library to find photos that would fit the space. In an instance when a full photo wouldn't work, I recommended using a technical image that could be cropped tightly, but that still related to the specialty being referenced in the ad. Each speciality was given a designated color palette that tied-in to the links on the Children's Mercy website.
