This is my response to Lucas and Steve's song, "Anywhere", and the title of the album "Where have you gone (Anywhere).

When I listened to "Anywhere", I noted down the following words/phrases:

- summer vibes

- uplifting

- optimism

- reminisce

To me, this was a story about fondly recalling a summer spent with someone, and wondering where they are now.

For the album cover, I therefore wanted to explore time and space, using the imagery of 

- a clock - suggestive of the passage of time

- sunset vs. sunrise - is it the end of the day, or the beginning of a new one? At the end of a fantastic experience, you may go between reminiscing how wonderful it has been and feeling optimistic about the future. 

- circles - is there ever an end or a beginning? You harbour a hope that your paths cross again.

I have kept in mind the red/orange colouring that Lucas and Steve have used for their other album covers, and the signature brush effect.
