Botanical Cacti Letterpress Prints
Letterpress Printing with Keith Cross
For my final prints in the class I wanted to do a series of posters that expressed my love for Cacti. I wanted to make use of the different typefaces in the shop that aren't used as often. With that in mind, I was able to lock up the titles with various letterforms and experiment by printing it over my bio about the different species. The images were drawn and hand carved by me using linoleum. Type and images were printed using the letterpress.
