Apostrophe Patterns is an online sewing pattern company that offers custom-drawn patterns based on measurement specifications, fabric choices, and sewing preferences. The focus of the design was to avoid the 'homespun' look of other online custom pattern companies while still remaining relatable to the target audience. Based on this goal, the design solutions were: utilising versatile and sophisticated colour palettes to maintain professional presentation, employing textures and common household items, and reflecting seasonal changes in the visual assets throughout the year. The project deliverables include: naming, logotype, Graphic Standards manual, social media campaign, brand applications such as business cards, and photography.
