The Scooby Shelter, Spain

The Scooby Shelter
For 20 years now, The Scooby Shelter has been working for animal rights
and protection. The shelter is also the leading association for the rescue
of galgos (spanish greyhounds), and the largest shelter in the country.
Because of their speed, galgos are used for hunting. After the age of two,
they are often considered too slow. Due to this, many dogs are left or killed,
mainly in cruelty. Eventhough the shelter contains more than 500 animals,
they constantly seeks new homes for all through adoption worldwide.
