I spent 2 years in Indonesia, Central Java, Surakarta city to stidy on Darmasiswa Scholarship.
This vlog video I made around the end of the 1st year of my stay. Based on my sketchbook and the two of the artfields I was learning: puppetry and batik (textile painting based on wax).
I loved to draw some details of the colorful Indonesian culture and my everyday life scenes. It was a huge inspiration for my fanzine about "Interesting Indonesian habits and phenomenon" (see in my portfolio).
