The estate is full of lush greenery, strolling paths and public ammenities.
There are several golf practice spots spread across the whole area. Owners have the ability to drive their golf carts from the adjacent golf course straight to their own carports.

The main carport is located outside the estate, allowing owners to drive their golf carts to their homes.
