This sculptural pendant light is inspired by the hull structure of a boat and wing of an aircraft
    Published:
Description: A sculptural pendant light inspired by the hull structure of a boat and wing of an aircraft. Due to it’s structural nature the form changes as you move around the light. The light is handmade from laser or CNC cut sustainable plantation plywood. These methods maximise the number of components that can be achieved from a standard sheet of plywood therefore reducing wastage. Uplighting and downlighting is provided by three strips of energy efficient LED lights. The light is available in two sizes, 1.6m long and 2.4m long

Materials: Sustainable Birch or Hoop Pine plywood as standard. The light is available in timber veneer, laminate or stained at an extra cost. This allows for an endless range of textures and colours.

Finish: Osmo natural oil. Osmo is based on natural vegetable oils and waxes. It is low VOC and does not contain benzene, biocides or perservatives.

Dimensions & Price: 1600 long x 400 wide (at widest point) x 135mm deep (at deepest point), AU$1995 in standard materials.
2400 long x 600 wide (at widest point) x 200mm deep (at deepest point), AU$2495 in standard materials.
