The Bag Age – Brand Identity
Logo Development for a classy bag store in Taipei City, Taiwan. The concept was to play on the iconic ‘evolution’ image and reflect the store’s name visually.
My solution was to use four figures, and place a beautiful and successful female in the fourth position, making sure she was noticeably taller than the other figures.

For a deeper meaning of ‘evolution,’ I showed the progression of bag shapes over time, from the ancient pouch carried by the ape, to the modern handbag worn by the woman.
The chosen typefaces convey beauty and class. The brown colour reflects the earth tones used in the store's interior design.
The figures were drawn as vector shapes using Adobe Illustrator, so that they could be displayed at any size without losing qulity.
