This is a DYI, MPC style controller box made of not-so-new stuff. A vinyl player could be attached for sampling. There is an amplifier from disasembled small desktop speakers, and the speakers are in the back, covered with cloth panels. Could not resolve an aesthetical problem: there is no reliable cable extender, so the camera adapter is hanging outside.

The box has a lid, it is heavy duty and transportable
A 25 keys keyboad could be added. Also the box could be connected to a PC instead of an iPad.
