This Work-Out story was produced on Sylt in 2008. We photographed windsurfing pro Florian Jung, member of the FIAT windsurfingteam showing off his daily workout routines. I wanted to emphasize Florians playful fight with the element throughout the pictures. The photos were taken by (http://www.kaessmannphotography.com) and was published in the german issue of "Men's Health" magazine in 2009. The text was provided by Oliver Bertram. I did the art direction, production and layout.

Even though we shot in late september and it was kind of sunny the temperatures were pretty low...
We practiced a lot to get the right impression on the opener. I don't recall how often we had to fall in the sand, but i remember Florian to do it a lot of times. We tried out a scarf to emphasize on the wind, we left it out on the final shot.
