Understanding how to pay your taxes is not an easy task! Vero the Finnish Tax administration aims to simplify the complexity that surrounds this. The Illustration style of the characters is designed to bring out their unique personas. This guide was provided for Vero to be able to deploy the characters in a consistent manner.

Approved Style and Evolution
Option B was the one approved, and evolved over the project. At this phase more details were added to fine tune the characters.
Graphic Elements and Colours
Strokes are an important part of the graphic elements. The roundness of the edges of the strokes is the most important.
As a way to personalise each of the characters more, each of the characters adopted a certain colour that they are associated with.

The backgrounds are suggested in conjunction of the characters, the colours of the light and the background is adopted from the personal colour palette of the character.
