The DNS (Domain Name System) or .PT Domain Name System is a structural part of the FCCN - Fundação para a Computação Científica Nacional (Foundation for National Scientific Computation). It is the FCCN's responsibility, within the scope assigned to it by the IANA – Internet Assigned Numbers Authority to manage, register and maintain the domains under the .PT TLD, the top-level domain for Portugal.
Since 1991, the .PT DNS has been a fundamental pillar in the Portuguese Internet Community, whose mission is to provide a quality service to the Community and guarantee the correct technical and administrative management of the name space under .pt.
This year they celebrate 25 years and promoted a contest to design the celebration logo.
First idea.
Second idea. More colorful.
Third idea. Not random colors. Portugal colors.
The final logo, which I submitted for the contest.
