These were kinda like my favorite design. The actual inks worked very well on plastic and these have a clean simple aesthetic.
Design and artwork for the only tangible products at Discover Financial Services. In an agile group of three team members, we innovated, researched, designed and produced cards for plastics and all media in direct mail, rewards, portfolio, acquisition, bank, as well as Diners Club, a subsidiary of Discover. Starting with 2d illustration, I eventually brought Discover cards into 3d. Card art is used in millions of direct mail weekly, on television, social media and online credit sites as well as discover.com making the largest brand impressions over all. We also directed and produced art for all digital wallets for Apple Pay, Samsung and others. These projects required deep collaboration between departments, printers, executives and CEOs.
