Welcome to »50 Mindshots« – a series of universally understandable illustrations, which are dealing with different aspects of our modern life like cyber-mobbing, exploitation of labour, as well as the tricky pitfalls of falling in love and the daily struggle against the warm and cosy bed. The inspiration for each piece comes from my daily life while working, talking, watching a movie, and hanging out with friends, or while getting bored in the dentist’s waiting room. Some are socially critical, humorous or just plain ridiculous ;)
The »Mindshots« have been honored by various awards like the Red Dot Award 2019, ADC Nail Winner, 3x3 International Awards, Communication Arts Award and Society Of Illustrators Of Los Angeles.
I started this personal series in 2015 and shared it on various platforms. The positive feedback throughout the years encouraged me to select the 50 best »Mindshots« and to create this book.
