I had to strip stool back because who ever restored it before had just boxed the stool in with chipboard, so I will restore it using the traditional methods, Webbing, scrim, then use coir fibers & horse hair for the filling. Because there are buttons missing from the sides of the scroll feet, because of that I will  have to go on the lathe and turn the one's that are missing. Will then re-stain and polish stool, then finally  put the finish fabric on and gimp and some brass studs.
