Crabtree Living
Identity created for property developers, offering bespoke and luxurious new homes across the South East of England.
The logo mark features the companies initials, which initially appears as a bold letter 'C' (for Crabtree), whilst through it's crafting, it's negative space also forms the 'L' (for Living). This creates a bold yet minimal logo mark, which is built on a simple square grid. The use of space and minimal aesthetic directly references the nature of the companies business and their approach to property development.
The grid in which the logo is built provides a clear system in which all imagery and typography is to be applied.
