ShiftIN Partners is a business consultancy based in UAE. The founding partners approached us at an early stage of their business idea and asked us to give life to their brand. From the very beginning of their business idea they knew they wanted to incorporate a personal touch to their service offering, something unusual in a business sector that is quite constrained and conservative. Their promise was to help their clients from within, enabling them to achieve business objectives while developing full potential of the organisation.
The idea of change was fundamental to their strategy, not only in the distinctive way they wanted to manage their business, but also as essence of their business offering.

ShiftIN Partners’ identity reflects the way the company helps clients improve their performance with a simple, minimalist upward pointing arrow; and the capitalised “IN” stresses the idea of “working from within.”
