HISTORY OF SOAP
The earliest records available related to the use of soap are BC. They are clay tablets belonging to the year 2800 and Babylonian civilization. There are documents about the use of soap by the Babes. These clay tablets, which are the first written documents about materials bearing soap qualities, mention a material obtained by mixing with potassium and oil.
B.C. In Ebers Papyrus of 1500 years, it shows that Egypt uses soap in washing. It is known that the soap mentioned in this document is a brick sized and doughy consistency.
Again BC. It is known that the Phoenicians made soap in 600 years. In those days, soap became an important commodity between the Phoenicians and the Gauls.
As I was doing this work, I used old ethnic designs because the history of the soap was based on very old ones, and I showed various types of soap by varying on these designs.
I have encoded an ethnic pattern in each of the sabers.
And I aimed to compare these patterns to the hieroglyphs in old clay tablets.
SABUNUN TARİHÇESİ
Sabunun kullanımı ile ilişkili elde bulunan en eski kayıtlar M.Ö. 2800 yılına ve Babil Medeniyetine ait kil tabletlerdir. Babillilerin sabun kullandığına dair belgelere rastlanmıştır. Sabun niteliği taşıyan maddelerle ilgili ilk yazılı belge olan bu kil tabletlerde, potasyum ve yağla karıştırılarak elde edilen bir maddeden söz ediliyor.
M.Ö. 1500 lü yıllara ait Ebers Papirüsünde ise Mısırda sabunun yıkamada kullandığını gösteriyor. Bu belgede bahsedilen sabunun bir tuğla büyüklüğünde ve hamur kıvamında olduğu bilinmektedir.
Yine M.Ö. 600 lü yıllarda Fenikelilerin sabun yaptığı bilinmektedir. Bu tarihlerde sabun Fenikeliler ile Galyalılar arasında önemli bir ticaret malı olmuştur.
Bu çalışmayı yaparken sabunun tarihi çok eskilere dayandığı için eski etnik desenler kullandım ve bu desenler üzerinde çeşitlendirerek sabun çeşitlerini gösterdim.
Her bir sabuna birer etnik desen şekli kodladım.
Ve bu desenleri eski kil tabletlerdeki hiyerogliflere benzetmeyi amaçladım.
