The house. The house of a dream. The house without constraints and enclosed spaces.
Проект будинку площею 133,58 кв.м, для сім’ї з двох осіб.

The project has an area of 133.58 square meters and designed for a family of two people.
Будівля складається з двох блоків. До першого входять такі приміщення як спальна кімната з виходом на терасу та санвузол, до другого кухня-вітальна, санвузол, гостьова спальна кімната з виходом на терасу, та тех. приміщення.

The building consists of two blocks. The first includes rooms such as a bedroom with a connection to a terrace and a bathroom, the second one includes a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, a guest bedroom with a connection to a terrace, and technical rooms.
Головною ідеєю при проектуванні будинку було об’єднання внутрішнього і зовнішнього простору, сучасних технологій та природних матеріалів. Це досягалося величезними вікнами, які повністю заміняли стіни, що в відкритому положенні зовсім стирають кордони між приміщеннями та зовнішнім середовищем. Масивні бутові стіни проникають в приміщення, підкреслюючи відсутність меж між просторами своєю грубою фактурою. Мінімалістичні меблі, переважаючі монохромні відтінки не суперечать, а навпаки підкреслюють красу природи, не перетягуючи на себе увагу.

The main idea of home designing was to combine interior and exterior spaces, modern technologies and natural materials. This was achieved by the large windows which is completely replacing the walls, meanwhile keeping it opened entirely erases the boundaries between premises and environment. Massive rubble walls immerse in premises and emphasize lack of borders between spaces by rough texture. Minimalist furniture together with prevailing monochrome shades not contradict but emphasize the beauty of nature and do not reclaim all the attention
