As part of my course I’ve taken part in the lighting association award for young designer of the year. My outcome was Lampi, an alternative S.A.D. Inspired by scandinavian design, where seasonal affective disorder is most common, Lampi uses light which changes in colour temperature during the therapy mode. Lampi also has a study mode so that it can be used during the rest of the year when it is not needed to help with the symptoms of S.A.D.
