While I was an intern at Hatch Show Print in Nashville, TN, I designed a total of six posters (one with another intern and five on my own) as well as several reorders and restrike posters. Many of the posters produced at Hatch are show posters, with the Ryman Auditorium being one of Hatch’s biggest clients.
I was able to design a poster for the 1976 rock band, Toto (a personal musical favorite), Canadian singer-songwriter, Gordon Lightfoot, musician, Ben Harper, and comedian, Hasan Minhaj. The Gordon Lightfoot poster was made in conjunction with a fellow intern.
Hatch Show also produces posters for corporate clients. I designed and printed a poster for a non-profit, Justice & Mercy International, and for a local hotel, the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel.
