ABOUT THE PROJECT

I was hired by Mindslap Creative to design a new responsive website template for Escala Properties - a Real Estate Brokerage. This included developing wireframes, homepage, internal page layout, production artwork and a style guide for implementation by the development team. The goal was to create a site that elevated the client's brand, improved exposure to new audiences, and generated sales.

THE SOLUTION

At the client's request, I created a lifestyle type site that stood out from competition by avoiding use of generic photos and big blocky elements. Using warm, light elements, lots of white space and  modern touches to highlight promotional areas, the site exudes a bright, positive energy while providing a positive user experience. Although the site was approved, it was put on hold until the client could provide content. It should be back in development soon.
