Devenish Celtic Cross, Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.
The cross sits in the 6th century monastic site, dating back to the 15th century.  The cross has decorative carvings and motifs.
Devenish Round Tower, Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland
The tower sits in the 6th century monastic site, built in the 12th century at a height of 25 meters it stands preserved amongst the monastery ruins.
The Old Dunlewey Church, Poisoned Glen, Co Donegal, Ireland
The ruined church of Dunlewey sits at the foot of the Mount Errigal close to the Poisioned Glen.  Consecrated on September 1, 1853 the church is built of white marble and blue quartzite making it a striking landmark in rural Donegal.
Famine Village, Glenveagh National Park, Donegal, Ireland
One example of a ruined village deserted by families during the Great Famine (1845 – 1849).  Hunger and desperation drove millions to emigrate while an estimated 1 million perished from disease and hunger.
Kinbane Castle, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland
Perched on a white limestone outcrop the ruined castle of Kinbane looks towards Rathlin Island.  Built in 1547 little remains of the castle believed to last inhabited in the 1700’s.
