Many intermediate level cyclists cannot afford a high performance professional cyclist saddle.These saddles are usually made to measure and designed with the best materials and the latest technology.
Continuous use of a saddle that does not adapt properly to the anatomy of your body can cause chronic injuries over time.
It is here that 3D printing and 3D scanners open a new framework of possibilities in the field of customisation, giving the intermediate user the option to enjoy a more professional experience.
La Selle du LeTroupeau aims to give the cyclist the best performance as well as enhance the comfort for the rider, and reduce nerve pain.
La Selle du Le Troupeau is made up of several sections;
+ The wings have a large area to distribute the rider’s weight evenly.
+ The central front section has a series of lines that allow air flow.
+ The rear front section has a pattern designed to offer breathability and lightness to the saddle. At the same time this pattern is inspired by traditional Mediterranean drawings, typical of the origin of Le Troupeau.
+ On one of its sides the logo appears in relief, which can be seen both when the cyclist riding the bike or without the cyclist.
The saddle is made with Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) 3D printing technology with a material composed of carbon powder and resin.
