Juno is a NASA space probe orbiting the planet Jupiter since August 5, 2011.
Clipper, spacecraft. Concept by RSC Energia (early-2000s). Cancelled.
SpaceX Dragon - reusable cargo spacecraft. First flight in December 2010. Had to fly to Mars as Red Dragon, but cancelled.
James Webb Space Telescope - orbital infrared Observatory. Will be the successor to the Hubble Space Telescope. Planned launch - 2021.
Orion - Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle. First launch - December 5, 2014.
Parker Solar Probe. NASA robotic spacecraft en route to probe the outer corona of the Sun. Launch date - August 12, 2018.
Dream Chaser. The reusable spacecraft. Planned launch - 2020.
