CORE QUESTIONS OF DESIGN ANTHROPOLOGY
The core question of design anthropology: how do the artifacts and processes of design shape and define humanity? We, design anthropologists, investigate this question across time and space, looking at how design and culture intersect in a multitude of ways to create value placements which shape behavior and knowledge. Design anthropology seeks to understand the how and the why's of these interactions, and uses that information to critically think about and act upon the development of our futures through the design process.
