Houdini + Notch

A pair of sketchbook renders exploring the Houdini > C4D > Notch > After Effects pipeline

Houdini is handling all mesh generation and animation, with C4D converting the FBX I spit out of Houdini into an MDD for Notch to apply to an OBJ sourced from the same geometry. It's not the cleanest pipeline to asset manage, but it works wicked fast in the real-time engine.
