> Final Assignment: Maya Succulent Generator
This project was done in collaboration with Isabelle Chen

Language Used:         python
Program Used:          Autodesk Maya
Personal Contributions:
       -   pot generation
       -   spiral aloe succulent generation
       -   ui design and development
       -   material assignment

Isabelle and I developed a Succulent Generator using python. Using the UI users can two types of succulent with varying leaf width, height, density, and waxiness. Users can also create two types of pots to plant their succulent in.

The succulent types feature
       -   a spiral aloe
       -   a bulbous cactus developed by Isabelle Chen

The spiral aloe was built using the Fibonacci sequence found in nature. It would generate a series of cones in that pattern with the sizes increasing from the center out to the edges of the plant.

> Assignment: Car Chase

Models used:          turbosquid.com
Music used:            Persona 5 Soundtrack : Life Will Change copyright © Atlus Sound Team
Programs:
       -   Autodesk Maya (animation)
       -   Adobe After Effects (editing)
Inspirations:
       -   Fast Five Vault Scene
       -   Ronin Car Chase
       -   Quantum Solace Opening Car Chase

I choreographed and animated the car chase and camera angles. I enjoyed being able to play with the different angles, using the crane out to give the chase a sense of finality, while using a whip pan to follow the car's rapid motion.

> Assignment: Motion Graphics - Infographic

       -   Information Source:       Amnesty International
       -   Graphics:                   flaticon.com
       -   Programs:
                 -   Adobe After Effects (animation)
                 -   Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics manipulation)
                 -   Adobe Photoshop (background)

We were tasked with creating a 30 second infographic regarding any topic of choice using Adobe After Effects so as to learn how to use the program.

I used Amnesty International reports to collect the information. I obtained the graphics used from flaticon.com and other various sources. The graphics were then recolored to match the video theme.
Carleton Bachelor of Information Technology Society (BITSoc)
Graphic design work I did for BIT Society

Graphics:             flaticon.com
Programs:
       -   Adobe Illustrator (vector graphic manipulation)
       -   Adobe Photoshop (background)
       -   Adobe InDesign (arrangement)

> Facebook Group Banner
Designed using Adobe InDesign, as the dimensions were known. Third party graphics were acquired from flaticon.com and recolored to match the BITSoc logo.
> Election Poster
The advertisement was created using Adobe Illustrator to account for the various formats the poster would appear in. At the time of its design, it was going to be adapted into a facebook format as well.

The nominate, lobby, vote, and ballot box graphics used were obtained from flaticon.com and recolored to match the BITSoc logo. Else, the ribbon and background were made for this advertisement.

Bachelor of Information Technology Elections poster
> Door Banner Stand

This was made for promotional purposes when BITSociety would promote the club.
This is a sample image, the full version of the file was made to be printed onto a 33" x 81" banner.
Once again the graphics, except for the circuits, were acquired from flaticon.com and modified to match the BITSociety logo colors.
