Japan has a wonderful cuisine that represents a part of their culture. Has somebody tried the Japanese cuisine? It is one of the most famous cuisine in the world. Sushi, seafood, miso soup… what can taste better? Today, we will talk about Japanese cuisine


The Japanese cuisine is based on rice with miso soup, fish, vegetables, and a lot of seafood. The traditional Japanese food is Sukiyaki. Sukiyaki is made of sliced beef with vegetables, vermicelli and tofu. It is very delicious and quickly prepared dish.

Tempura is a Japanese fried snack made from seafood and vegetables. Tempura is served with Tetsuyu sauce that represents a mix of consomme, sweet sake, say sauce, ginger and radish.
Sushi is a very popular Japanese food today. Sushi represents a piece of raw seafood made with tuna, prawn, fish, cucumber, etc. There are thousands of different recipes for sushi. Everything depends on what do you like more. You can eat your sushi with chopsticks and dip them into soy sauce or wasabi.
Sashimi represents the raw fish or seafood served with wasabi (Japanese condiment), soy sauce. In the majority of the cases, sashimi comes with slices of radish on the side.
