I make an effort never to send you lots of photos showing the degree of pathology but I decided to demonstrate this lady using advanced breast cancer. Her breast has been taken over with cancer and can be stone solid. She has had this for more than a yr and if we do nothing the cancer will likely start eroding through the skin which is also invaded with cancer.
On her abdomen are perpendicular scars produced by the shaman, or witch doctor, in her tries to ward off the cancer. It is rather common that patients do not come to the hospital before cancer is far improved.
We've gotten good news out of the Congo. The whois claiming the Ebola outbreak has been contained. There is still hightened security at the borders but there haven't been any cases from the present epidemic in Togo, Liberia, Ghana or Sierra Leone.
I'm quite happy to tell you the burned child which I shared with you had tolerated skin care and also we are hopeful the kid will survive. In the united states the kid would have met all criteria to be flown to a burn centre. Our Lord's intervention has been quite obvious keeping in mind the kid living.
Every single day I am here I view things which I harbor 't seen in my 30 decades of being a surgeon. We all do the best we could do in what we now have. Often we improvise using materials such as a grip installation for a small boy with a broken femur. Our Lord's intervention is quite obvious and performs an important role since we often forget in our everyday lives.
