Interior CGI for Real Estate Ads

Real estate advertising is becoming more and more creative and understandable for the consumer. The programs and opportunities which we have nowadays help to showcase the architectural project two steps forward in the future. We help people to imagine how the future project would look even before it is built.
We had the pleasure to work with the Bold agency for creating an advertisement for the DariQ building complex.
Our task in the project was to show it from the exterior and make the interior design for the four-bedroom apartment.
So we divided this project into two posts: interior and exterior

Our task was to create an interior design for the modern family while keeping in line with the preferences of Middle East citizens.
We designed a four-bedroom apartment with a few options for the living room in neutral colors and light elegance. As this project should be used for advertising, our goal was to design the interior to be comfortable and suitable for any family.
Creating more effect and diving deeper into the interior, we made a four-second video of some of the rooms, so you can feel it as it is really.
