Customer-centricity is EMA’s focus, and a significant part of achieving that goal is by providing key contacts and members a portal that is comprehensive and intuitive.

I was responsible for designing a few main screens to propose to the stakeholders what an EMA member portal could look like if it took on aesthetics that were streamlined, clean, and thoughtful. Aside from the design aesthetics, ease of information access and user experience were also highly considered in the thought process of this project.
