Sadly, folks still need to be reminded not to throw trash in the toilet. Flushing items other than human waste and toilet paper can cause blockages and sewer line breaks. Unfortunately, when this happens in LA, untreated sewage can enter the storm drain system and end up in our beaches. Yuck!
