Circus Carnivalis was a carnival party that occur in 2012 and in which attended various music guests with street animation including circus performances and the use of masks as the mandatory dress code.
With the concept of the circus in mind, we illustrated clowns with different masks and features and some other related drawings to co-habit and design a poster with overlay colors producing visual noises. We also developed flyers, outdoors, t-shirts and tickets with an additional red acetate layer to nullify all the noise color leaving only the resulting black color to be read. The project counted with the collaboration of Filipe Caetano, Pedro Castro and Miguel Ribeiro.
