As well as an animator and designer, I’m a keen musician performing as Steve and the Sea. In 2016 I released my debut EP and decided to write, record, distribute and design the entire EP by myself.
The EP was released on a limited run of CDs, and as such I wanted to create something unique and collectable. Each case was hand printed with lino, so that each one was slightly different from the last and would be a one-of-a-kind in itself.
This was also accompanied by posters, T-shirts and hoodies.
As well as music and merch production, I developed a WordPress theme to create a website that serves as a central online point, linking to a range of social media.
