Bedevaerde is a fictitious twist on the Belgian amusement park Bellewaerde.
What would happen when it went bankrupt and got sold and revived by a rather unusual organisation, in this case: the catholic church?
The park has become 'the most spectacular pilgrimage ever', with humorous nods and references to catholic stories, rituals and famous pilgrimage sites. It even has its very own mascot, the Holy Spirit.
I had so much fun creating this concept for my final project of the second bachelor's year.
