Residential Building in Mechmech, Lebanon
The project brief was a requirement for a residential building in Mechmech, Lebanon. The building was to hold 6 apartments of 90 sqm each. Lot area is 750 sqm (Superficial Exploitation: 25%, General Exploitation: 0.5) and the project baseprint area is 253 sqm
The building had a single wall separating the day space from the night space (being the living spaces with kitchen and dining room vs. Bedrooms and WCs)
Each Apartment has:
- Living Room
- Dining Room
- Kitchen
- Guest WC
- 2 Bedrooms
- 2 WCs
Project Features:

- 1 Car Spot for every Apartment (As per Law)
The project applies the Lebanese Law of Construction without no exception
