This is my first work for a portfolio. It mirrors how daunting it feels to switch career at 30. There is this great big mountain ahead and no assurance the journey will end well. But step by step I move forward, as the view is surely worth it. The sun light direction and wind in her back means I feel support from my surrounding.

I usually browse through my personal photographs when looking for reference points. This is my inspiration photo which I based the composition around. It was taken in Iceland in 2016 on a trip with my sister (seen in the middle).
