Erneste is a company helping you to find your next professional adventure. The process is the following : after having answered a series of questions, a design is generated and highlights your professional personality.
Questions and tests are edited by SHL. As a graphic designer, my role was to make the tests more understandable and modern to Erneste’s customers. I had to find an easy system that could be adapted to a lot of different possibilities.
The test is divided into two sections : the first one is based on the candidate’s personality through four parts (developing vision, sharing goals, gaining support, delivering success). The second one shows its motivations into different fields of professional life (interest, status, progression, fear of failure...).
Three scientific versions were at first proposed , based on datavizualization inspiration. They would have needed a specific code in order to englobe the complexity of the tests. A fourth proposal was created, simpler, based on illustrations. In this case, the idea was to play with the company’s name which is also a french name. This design gives a personality to the name and represents it in each situation matching with the main parts of the test. The colors and the style were defined according to the company’s graphics.
