Instructional Story Telling Video
This is an Instructional Story Telling Video titled "How to Fill in Your Brows for a Natural Look".
This video is for the make-up lovers between the ages of 18-35. The purpose of this project was to give instruction through storytelling in a video format.

The idea was inspired from personal perspective and the instructions were retrieved from WikiHow. This video was formed using three cameras angled on the right and left with a front facing camera to capture face on film. This video was shot in clips and was comprised together to form the final result.

MacBook Pro, Canon Rebel, aGoPro Hero 6,  Iphone X Camera, iMovie, GarageBand; three soft lights with umbrellas and a diva ring light were all utilized for the creation of this project.
Story Board
Above is the story board. The story board provides a sketch of the aerial view of the setup. It also provides the title of the video with the target audience and learning outcome. The storyboard assisted the instructional designer in the creation of the video. Having a sketch of the scene along with the tools to use and shot angles was useful when piecing clips together. Keynote was used to create the storyboard with this project. Clip art images were gathered from Google and placed appropriately. This story board is a final version of the draft story board.
Close - Up Shots
Close ups of the right, center and left angle of the model from the finished product. Using the iPhone X camera, close up shots were taken for the viewer to see the definition of the eyebrows without video motion.
Intermediate Video
The intermediate cut is a edited version of the draft cut. This video is created after errors are found and additions and suggestions are made. This video is not intended for publishing, it is for the viewers to review before making recommendations for final editing.
Rough Cut
This video is a draft format. This is a direct derivative from the draft storyboard that was created to make this video. This video was a guide to help the instructional designer and instructor see where improvements in the video could be made.
Story Board Draft
This is a raw cut of the story board/ aerial view template. This is the beginning of the video process. The story board continues to remain a living document throughout the entire production until the final cut is complete. It is designed to assist an instructional designer/narrator/producer in the creation of the instructional video.
