At my school the media & communication class gather in a celebration where students are rewarded for their creativity. Each year a group of students have the responsibility to create a new theme for the awards; Gullungen.
Students contribute with their own projects in the genres photography, journalism, graphic design, video and sound. In every catogory 3 projects are nominated by a jury consisting of local art directors, designers, photographers, journalists and text editors. They also decide who is the winner. The winners are rewarded with prices from sponsors.
In 2012 I got the responsibility to create a theme for the rewards. I made a logo, a statuett (oscar), poster, invitation, diploma, ballot, tv-advertisement and cards with notes for the presenters.
