I've been carrying this jar of old nails around for a long time, looking for an opportunity to use them in something. Anything. Maybe an assemblage piece, something. 

Today I was feeling the need to do something creative. I've been ignoring that side for too long, needed to feed my soul. And I had a new lighting kit I hadn't had a chance to play with yet. 

To you, this may be a bunch of rusty old nails in a weird little jar. To me this is a long-term mental image which I hadn't allowed to manifest itself. Until today.
