The idea of this piece was to envision and then visualise the type of weapon a Zulu warrior would possess if he was accepted into the Jedi Order (or even the Sith Empire). This Lightsaber Spear is based on the design of the Iklwa, a traditional Zulu stabbing spear (often mistaken for an Assagai) that was adapted by King Shaka Zulu during his reign. The Lightsaber Iklwa was created in Blender 3D and rendered using Luxion KeyShot 7

The way the Lightsaber Iklwa works:
Two light blades are emitted, one from each diagonally pointed emitter, and cross. Their tips then form the shape of a spear in a similar fashion to the lightsabers used in the Star Wars Legends by the Jedi of old.
