Write On! is 826LA's summer camp for English-language learners ages 6-11. Over the course of the camp's four weeks, students participated in a variety of activities, producing stories, poems, and comics that were published in a chapbook at the end of the camp.

During Nature Week, students went on a field trip to Echo Park Lake, taking along special notebooks designed to facilitate the recording of observations.

In World Arts and Culture Week, students learned about writers from around the globe with the help of a set of trading cards highlighting different authors.

At the start of each camp session, students filled out "word tickets" by coming up with definitions for various terms; definitions were compiled into a glossary included at the back of the Write On! chapbook.
