Dinagyang Festival (Iloilo City, Philippines) celebrated on the 4th Week of January. Ilonggos take the streets in colorful costumes, with bodies covered in black paint in honor of Holy Sto. Nino dancing to the rhythm and beat of the drums while shouting "Viva Senyor Sto. Nino".
